Copper Moonshine Stills
Our copper moonshine stills were copied
from a very old design that we can only confirm dated back to the 1940's for
sure. That was the time of purchase in the 1800's canal town of Metamora,
Indiana. The design could date back further, but it would be unconfirmed.
Our copper stills are hand built and could
vary on design but are all very similar in style. We do build custom stills from
one gallon to forty gallon. We can also build very custom stills from your
design.
Our stills are built with 16 oz. copper
for strength and durability, with all lead free solder to make them food
safe. All fittings are brass fittings and the condensing coils are 1/2 inch by
15 ft. on all of the stills. They can
also be designed with copper condensing cans.
All of our products are American made.
Stills are all custom built to fit each individual personally. Call for adding
more option to any of our stills.
5 Gallon Still
Our 5 gallon still is a nice size for a
beginner model. It features all the same quality as our larger stills with less
of an investment. This still holds a full 5 gallons in the boiler. All lead free
soldier making it food safe. All stills should be boiled with vinegar before use
to clean them out. Never heat a still with out liquid in it. All our stills are
hand made with hand tools

9 Gallon Still
The nine gallon still is
a build a still type still for the advanced distiller. This still starts
with out a condensing coil, but like all of our stills it can be added. This
still does feature a hand made condensing arm giving it an old fashioned
look. It will hook to a ½ inch coil. This still holds a full nine gallons in
the boiler. It is built with the same hand made quality and lead free
soldier making it food safe also. All stills should be boiled out to clean
them before use. Never heat s till without liquid in it.

Large Thumper, for use with our nine and twelve gallon still The Thumper Keg is
a very easy addition to any still. It simply mounts in between the boiler and
the condensing can. The thumper is used in the process for the more advanced
distilling process. It got its name from a nickname way back when, from the fact
that it thumps when the steam boils through the mesh creating a thumping sound.

between the boiler and the condensing can. The thumper is used in the process

Hydrometer Content Stand (Parrot)
The Hydrometer Stand, or better known as
a parrot gives you the opportunity to check the content of your yield. The yield
will flow into the parrot filling the tube with product at which time you can
use a hydrometer gauge to see what the % of alcohol content of your yield may
be. These are for advanced moon shiners. After the tube fills with yield it will
then begin to flow out the tube into a container placed under the spout.
