Copper Moonshine Stills

Our copper moonshine stills were copied from a very old design that we can only confirm dated back to the 1940's for sure. That was the time of purchase in the 1800's canal town of Metamora, Indiana. The design could date back further, but it would be unconfirmed.

Our copper stills are hand built and could vary on design but are all very similar in style. We do build custom stills from one gallon to forty gallon. We can also build very custom stills from your design.

Our stills are built with 16 oz. copper for strength and durability, with all lead free solder to make them food safe. All fittings are brass fittings and the condensing coils are 1/2 inch by 20 ft. on all of the small stills and 3/4 inches by 20 ft on the large. They can also be designed with copper condensing cans.

All of our products are American made. Stills are all custom built to fit each individual personally. Call for adding more option to any of our stills.

Eight Gallon Still w/Condensing Can

This is a complete still. Overall height is 35 inches and is 36 inches in diameter. The still also has a temperature gauge for precision brewing.

The condensing can is 13 1/2 inches tall by 24 inches in diameter. The condensing can has an 1/2 inch coil that runs through it with a brass fitting to connect and disconnect for easy storage.

This six gallon still stands approximately 32 inches overall height. It is 34 inches in diameter. It stands 16 3/4 inches to the bottom of the condensor cone. The condensor cone stands approximately 7 1/2 inches tall and the cone top stands 8 1/2 inches tall.

This is a seven gallon still

This still stands approximately 34 inches overall height. It is 36 inches in diameter. It stands 17 3/4 inches to the bottom of the condensor cone. The condensor cone stands approximately 7 3/4 inches tall and the cone top stands 8 1/2 inches tall.

5-Gallon Still:

This still was designed to be none functional although it is fully functional. It was designed to be a bar dispenser. It is a full five-gallon still. It has a faucet on the bottom for use as a dispenser. This would look great on most any bar filled with your favorite spirits. It can also be built in any size that you need. The five gallon measures approx. 36 inches around by 42 inches tall.
